Little lunches · big days
A good week,
all packed.
What’s in the lunchbox?
Choose a simple swap, then tick each item as you pack it for all three children.
💧 Every day: a named water bottle with access to refills. Adjust portions to appetite, with more for your eldest. Snack times are flexible around the club’s schedule.
One shopping list.
Totals for three children, calculated from your current choices. Buy pack sizes to suit and adjust portions to appetite.
Choose familiar fruit and vegetables, and check the club’s allergy policy. Quantities include small snacks and a little spare food, not fixed portions.
A little prep, less morning rush.
Spread the cooking across the week. Don’t keep five days of cooked food in the fridge from Sunday.
Keep it cold until eaten. Ask whether the club can refrigerate lunchboxes. Use insulated bags and frozen ice packs for chicken, tuna, dairy, eggs, hummus and cooked pasta, especially late snacks. If you can’t keep the late snack cold, pack plain crackers and a whole piece of fruit instead.
For the youngest: slice firm fruit and raw vegetables thinly. Pack a spoon for yoghurt and pasta, and containers they can open themselves.
